Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Management Content Creator to join our team to join our team in the DMV area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performs the tasks necessary to build, manage, and implement the methods and procedures to track, catalog, file, and manage versions of Technical Knowledge Assets. Technical Knowledge Assets include digitized technical documents, engineering diagrams, model elements, simulation animation files, and videos of users' screens during tests.

  • Executes the process of ingesting, storing, organizing, maintaining, and using the data created and collected securely and in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

  • Support the development of engineering databases, processes, and tools used on the program.

  • Support operations within an Agile Software Development Lifecycle Framework.

  • Consult with Trainers and SMEs to determine instructional requirements, collect data, customize design proposals, and implement solutions while also collaborating with the Technical Design Team to produce media that supports instructional goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree

  • A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience

  • Two (2) years of position-specific experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library science.

  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as Certified Records Analyst: Administered by the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
