As a Design Enablement your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Collaborates with designers, researchers, engineers, and business leaders to test the effectiveness of hypotheses, solutions, products or features.

Serves as a technical bridge and liaison between user experience (UX), engineering, and product teams.

Drives iterative prototype design, development, and validation processes to understand existing and future user needs and the feasibility of existing solutions, products or features.

Define initial prototype requirements and iteratively improves prototypes based on UX research and team input.

Applies cross functional knowledge of design and software development to identify and build tools and platforms that increase the efficiency of taking ideas and concepts to fruition.

Provides perspective on, and develops solutions, that are inclusive comprehending various contexts of use and abilities of users.

Develops technical content describing prototype setup and usage and works with technical writers to document samples and tutorials that make use of prototype. Troubleshoots technical user experience issues, isolates and root causes technical production issues.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree or a PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or any STEM related field of study and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance. U.S. Citizen is required.

4+ years of experience in analog signal devices/mixed signal at ASIC level

7+ years of experience in leading multidisciplinary, research/industry and government teams, solving complex technical problems in multiple technical domains working with USG/DIBs in areas associated with national security.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active security clearance.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
