You lead the productivity agenda for your BU/CU / Category. You work with internal stakeholders to ideate and execute productivity and innovation programs.

You will translate consumer-centric insights to drive efficiency programs by aligning with different internal stakeholders in the supply chain, marketing, R&D, quality, and finance (among others) and leveraging the relationship with our external suppliers through the spend area teams

How you will contribute

You will be the connecting point to channel ideas, know-how, and resources to create business efficiency programs that can drive productivity for your BU/CU/Category. You will be leading the productivity agenda for your BU/CU/Category being clear on the KPIs’ and engaging other functions such as Research & Development/Quality, Marketing, Engineering, and spending areas to deliver results.

In this role, you will also support strategic procurement programs such as Design to Consumer Value, Kitchen& Pantry, Leading edge sourcing and Business continuity planning to build the productivity pipeline for the future and protect the business top and bottom line.

In case the business has specific asks on innovation, you would be the point of contact connecting the business and the internal supporting functions with the spend areas and external suppliers to accelerate the route to market.

You will be driving the agenda on business continuity plans, driving resilience to the supply chain and anticipating any potential risks.

What you will bring

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
