As Banner Bank's Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop and execute the bank's marketing and communication strategy, enhance our brand presence, drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns, and own the customer experience. You will oversee public and media relations functions of the company to achieve the Company's goals of growing market share, and increasing client growth, profitability, brand reputation and awareness in our four state markets. You will develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize digital marketing effectiveness and enhance client experience. Oversee web marketing content to drive traffic and generate sales. Execute search engine marketing or online promotions. Guide the analysis and interpretation of web analytics and metrics to be used for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all programs. Guide our continued investment and use of technology to support effective and measurable marketing strategies. As a senior leader, you will be a visible spokesperson for the company with the press, our clients, and at community and corporate events. Serve as a role model for the company culture and maintain a positive attitude that promotes creativity, teamwork, and a favorable image of the Company. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the bank's overall goals and objectives. Lead all marketing communications, encompassing branding, public and media relations, advertising, social media strategy, and market research. Act as the central authority and visionary architect for customer-facing brand and marketing communications, driving strategic enterprise projects and transformative initiatives. Brand Management: Develop and implement strategic media and brand awareness initiatives, aligning budget allocations with corporate objectives such as overall bank positioning, market and competitive analysis, and client acquisition through both digital and traditional direct marketing channels. Ensure all efforts reflect the bank's core values. Collaborate with all business lines to translate their objectives into cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Direct the development and management of brand-related content on Company websites, physical facilities, brochures, and social media outlets, as well as trademarks. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and partner with other senior leaders in the research, design, and development of new products to enhance Banner's product lines and improve competitive position. Drive strategic initiatives including research, corporate and product positioning, messaging, marketing planning, market and competitive analysis and client acquisition plans.
