Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and maintenance of our plant’s infrastructure and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, and assisting in the installation of new equipment. The role requires developing maintenance schedules and keeping detailed records of activities to enhance reliability and efficiency of equipment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Walbridge, Ohio.

Work Environment

This is a contract to hire position on the 3rd shift, working from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. The position offers a $1 shift differential for the 3rd shift. The work environment is non-climate controlled. The technician will also join the on-call schedule approximately every 7 weeks, with guaranteed pay for on-call hours plus additional compensation for any hours worked beyond the guaranteed on-call time.
