The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the HR department in a positive and friendly manner. Duties includes but not limited to answering phones, employee inquiries, accurate data entry of information into HR Systems. Assist in the administration of the recruitment process for all new hire and termination paperwork for team members. Operates office machines including but not limited to copier, fax machine, label maker and nametag machine. Prepare all necessary documents to ensure new hire folders are complete and accurate. Schedule and prepare new team members for New Hire Orientation. Other duties assigned by HR Director.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • At least one year of clerical/administrative experience required.
  • Minimum of one-year previous experience in a customer service role.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Hourly rate: $25.00
