Description

Clearance:Active TS/SCI
Role Overview
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be involved in the management, deployment, and analysis of modern cloud environments. A background in cloud security practices across multiple vendors is preferred.
General Skillset
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Specific Skillset
Strong background in enterprise-level cloud operations, including migration and maintenance.
Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and design.
Understanding of hardware infrastructure required for enterprise cloud deployments.
Strong background in cloud-based cyber Security and an understanding of how to defend cloud environments.
Any familiarity with current cloud implementation for target networks, Azure, AWS, Oracle, and other large cloud solutions is preferred.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience Requirements
6+ years' experience with Cloud Engineering
4+ years’ experience with Cloud Architecture and Security
Proven track record with adapting to new cloud environments and vendor technologies
Experience with Azure, AWS, Oracle, and other large cloud solutions is ideal
Experience implementing systems life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
