GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a knack for untangling tech troubles and a passion for justice?

Join our team as a System Technologist IV and be the hero behind the badge (without the Kevlar vest)!

Here's the lowdown: Our dedicated Enterprise Systems Team and law enforcement agency are on the lookout for a tech whiz to keep our systems running smoothly and securely. You'll be our go-to guru for troubleshooting, security upgrades, and ensuring peak performance because catching bad guys shouldn't involve wrestling with tech glitches. But it's not all about fixing things, you'll also be a strategic thinker, helping us identify how technology can revolutionize the way we fight crime and streamline our operations.

This role is perfect for you if: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where every fix can make a real difference; you can explain complex technical concepts to fellow systems technicians, law enforcement personnel, and agency vendors; you love a good puzzle and squashing security vulnerabilities through enterprise security team collaborations; you're a budgeting pro who can collaborate, communicate, and translate tech needs into clear, actionable plans for future equipment upgrades.

Sounds exciting? It is! Apply now!
