  To strengthen our team in Zhangjiagang , we are looking for you as a(n) Process chemist.

Job Responsibility：

• Maintain process running fulfill Wacker's standard, including EHSS related standards.

• Introduce new technology which is verified by global technology or other Wacker plants into HDK_ZJG plant.

• Initiate and lead trouble shooting regarding to quality abnormal, leading customer complaint investigation related to production process.

• Lead HDK process development to improve HDK EHS, OEE, capacity, quality and cost.

• Leading key equipment study for better process to improve equipment performance and reliability.

• Provide creative proposals on OEE improvement, production cost saving, quality and safety improvement.

• Lead HDK MOC implementation, including ideas collection, evaluation, initiation, and tracking to close out phase.

• Lead HDK QM MOC implementation, including recipe trial, introduction of verified experience from other Wacker plants, etc.

• Be responsible for main recipe management and maintenance.

• Lead HDK PSM knowledge integration, including basic process information collection and summary, Wacker analysis, etc.

• Other miscellaneous tasks arranged by superiors.

• He/she is member of the 24h plant's "on-call service"

Qualification Required：

• Bachelor above, majored in chemical engineering, chemical industry or chemical industrial mechanism.

• Minimum 3 years managerial experience on a continuous process in an international chemical company.

• And minimum 5 years working experience in chemical industrial field.

• Safe knowledge of chemical plant, e.g. HAZOP study, firefighting, chemical safety.

• Proved leadership and coaching skill of a production team.

• Familiar with DCS (Distributed Control System, basic chemical reactions/process and common chemical industrial equipments.

• Able to communicate in English, both oral and writing.

• Ability to fully investigate problems and ability for data analysis with common tools, such as SPC, FEMA etc. Six sigma Green Belt will be highly preferred.

• Effective time management skill， good training skill.

• Solve problem by focusing on root cause.

• Create coordinative, learning and active working atmosphere.
