Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a newly-created Physician Recruiter position.
As a Physician Recruiter with Liberty Healthcare you will be responsible for hiring Psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians, and Physician Specialists to work for our organization in long-term / multi-year contractual positions based at hospitals, residential treatment programs, correctional facilities, mental health centers and telepsychiatry settings in various locations.
Specific responsibilities include:
Developing a deep understanding of our individual clients - including their practice setting, culture and candidate preferences
Aggressively sourcing physicians using cold calling, networking, social media and other creative methods
Thoroughly vetting candidates to ensure their interests and credentials align with our clients’ needs
Facilitating and actively participating in interviews
Proactively anticipating and resolving problems and obstacles during the recruiting cycle
Successfully negotiating contracts and compensation within budget parameters

This is a remote position which will allow you to work virtually from your home office - with occasional travel, estimated at less than 5%.
There is one firm requirement to be considered for this position – you must have three or more years of experience successfully recruiting physicians.
