TWIN CITIES AUTO SALON is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for applying paint protection films to vehicles with precision and care. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in automotive surface preparation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Precisely apply paint protection films to vehicles according to established procedures and standards.
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, waxing, and ensuring proper adhesion for film installation.
Use cutting-edge tools and equipment to measure, cut, and shape PPF to fit various vehicle models.
Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PPF installation techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Protection Film Installer or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow precise instructions and work independently.
Knowledge of different types of PPF materials and their application methods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license from your state of residence.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in PPF installation is a plus.
Experience with computer-cutting systems (e.g., XPEL, 3M, SunTek).
Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models.
