What You'll Get to Do: Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Administration, Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field desired

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a Data Governance function, or equivalent course work.

  • Experience managing product and pricing data a plus

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with multiple and changing priorities and projects

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and other advanced formulas required

  • Experience working with SAP and Salesforce.com a plus

  • Experience working with technology sector a plus

  • Experience with SQL Server and Python is a plus

  • Experience with Power Automate is a plus

  • Experience with Anaplan is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience working with a CRM system such as Sales Logix or Salesforce.com

Problem Solving: Complexity of problems

  • Ability to answer and redirect emails from various stakeholders in a timely and courteous manner

  • Ability to enforce process and SOX compliance with product and company data

  • Process-oriented mindset and proactively works towards continuous improvement

  • Ability to identify patterns and room for efficiencies in data flows and processes

Communications:

  • Ability to work with Factory Planners in Japan and Taiwan to ask and answer questions on new products

  • Ability to work and negotiate with groups where English is not their first language

  • Ability to work with both internal and external partners including Sales, Supply Chain, Product Managers, Channel partners, Legal, and Engineering

  • Ability to work with Material Master Governance group at the Panasonic North America Corporate level

  • Ability to enforce audit compliance with multiple groups

  • Able to communicate with people across all levels of the organization (both written and verbal)

Other Requirements:

  • Work will be performed in a hybrid office environment

  • Infrequent travel for training or development meetings may be required (less than 5%)

What We Offer: The salary range of 55,000 –$75,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
