We are looking for a new team member in Hägendorf in the role as
Manufacturing Engineer – Manufacturing Digitalisation (m/w/d) - 80-100%
Location : Hägendorf
Type of Contract : permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availability
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Including the analysis of current manufacturing processes, planning of the rollout and training of the workforce.
Analysis and optimization of production and manufacturing processes for medical device production
Application of state-of-the-art tools for manufacturing and production process monitoring and improvement
Provides technical support in identifying continuous improvements to manufacturing operations
Support the implementation of Computer-aided Quality (CAQ) system
Development and optimization of digital dashboards to monitor production quality and output
Data acquisition of manufacturing systems (CNC Machines, Finishing Equipment, Heat Treatment. etc.)
Handling of Non conformances (NC/CAPA) for digitalization projects
Training of work force on Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
YOUR BACKGROUND
Engineering Degree (FH/Uni, Bachelor or Master), preferably in the field of Manufacturing, Production or Mechanical Engineering
3-7 year experience in related industries
General knowledge of manufacturing technologies (machining, welding, heat treatment, finishing, etc)
Affinity to data and data analysis
Experience with MES, SAP and CAQ would be a plus
Experience in regulated industry environment like medical devices would be a plus
Language: German and English
