Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management maintenance and be able to travel to perform maintenance assignments at various properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management maintenance
Reliable transportation to travel to various properties
Proficient in using a computer to keep accurate records and communicate with team members
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
