Reports to: Program Director, Self-Direction
Location: East Syracuse, NY 13057
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00a-4:00p

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide quality assurance and administrative support to individuals and their families related to their Self-Direction services.
Responsibilities include:
Billing and monitoring documentation for accuracy
Reviewing payment of approved goods and services
Reviewing, completing and approving all fiscal accounting and reporting submissions
Represent agency at Life Plan reviews for all individuals on caseload
Perform compliance reviews and facilitate corrections as needed
Education & Experience
High school diploma/GED required. 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferred. 1 year experience as a FI or support broker preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic word processing and email skills, required. Must have ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently. Knowledge of OPWDD services a plus.
Conditions of Employment
Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
