"Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

*Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence

*Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination

*Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products

*Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC and UL codes/standards

*Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures

*Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP)

*Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities.

*Maintains equipment and area in a orderly and safe condition"

Contributes to division results and performance

*Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations"

Works under direct supervision

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience required • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams and point to point drawings • Proficient in the use of hand tools

Salary range:

$45,500.00 - $72,500.00
