Vee Technologies Contract Support Specialist in United States
Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Support Specialist who will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and maintaining client contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills for the position to ensure that they can advance within the organization as it grows.
Salary Range: $60,000k-$80,000k depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Administrative
Process contracts for signature by Vee Healthtek and client
Organize and maintain client contracts such as NDAs, BAAs, SOWs, MSA, etc.
Contract and Proposal Drafting/Negotiations
Draft, review, negotiate contracts between Vee Healthtek and clients (start with NDAs, progress to BAAs, to SOWs, etc.)
Project manage RFP response process. Coordinate efforts of key stakeholders and SMEs to ensure RFP responses are well-written, accurate, and complete.
Quality/Compliance
Support onshore quality and compliance initiatives, as requested.
Requirements:
Keen attention for detail and strong organizational skills including analytical and negotiation skills
A self-motivator with a strong work ethic
Ability to be flexible with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate project-based work with internal teams
Proficiency in common office applications such as Microsoft Office & DocuSign
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Time management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher with Major in Supply Chain Management or related field
