POSITION OVERVIEW:
At Cater2me, we would be nothing without our successful Client Sales team. We’re seeking a qualified Client Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of SDRs and Account Executives to support their growth and achievement of revenue goals. You will play a critical role in executing and ensuring the team adheres to our sales strategy to help expand our corporate client base and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000 + Uncapped Commission
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead daily stand ups with the team
Review SDR calendars and discuss updates on recent/upcoming meetings as well as leads we’re still attempting to engage
Review corporate lead sourcing efforts
Monitor daily and weekly SDR tasks
Ensure replies are handled in a timely and efficient manner and that the CRM is kept up to date
Ensure leads/contacts/opportunities are transitioned appropriately
Support ongoing sales training and performance management
Review SDR calls/self-feedback and provide feedback/coaching
Lead SDR one-on-ones
Lead new SDR onboarding
Ensure accuracy with commission reporting
Collaborate cross-departmentally with our Vendor Sales team to share pipeline per market
Provide direct coaching and mentoring to the team in day-to-day calls and activities to demonstrate best practices and effectively coach through qualifying targets and prioritizing sales efforts
Work closely with our Sales Director to create and manage business development initiatives and forecast sales performance
Join/Assist on client calls / demos
Monitor and manage CRM stages for leads/contacts/opportunities to ensure statuses are correct
Strategically and tactically drive inbound conversion improvements
Support the team on reporting/pipeline understanding
With the support of the Director, strategically and tactically drive outbound improvements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
4+ years of successful B2B sales experience as a Sales Manager (experience in hotel, hospitality, and similar industries will also be considered; experience selling to corporate clients in Office Management/Facilities/HR roles is a plus).
Proven track record of motivating a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team manager.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in the use of personal computers, CRM software, sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail throughout all levels of communication and work.
Ability to use initiative and good judgment in accomplishing tasks with minimal errors.
Comfortable leading client-facing sales calls and interacting with a broad range of client personas.
Strong listening skills.
