RCM Technologies Chief of Staff / Project Manager in United States

Contract / Right to Hire Title or Role: Chief of Staff / Project Manager Compensation: Up to $86 (Hourly) commensurate with experience Location: Remote – however must be able to support both east and west coast hours (USA) as needed Length of Contract: 1 Year - will very likely extend Position Description: Our client, a leader in delivering compassionate in-home health care services, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Chief of Staff - Project Manager, to support the client's existing PMO, who is experienced managing multiple enterprise level projects. This role will support the Chief Data & Analytics Officer in developing viable and sustainable business operations policies, practices, and procedures along with on-going prioritizing and reporting of operation metrics. The work can be done remotely but candidates must be able to travel occasionally to Pennsauken, NJ (the client's headquarters) to participate in key project reviews and other project leadership meetings. Candidates must be able to cover mostly Eastern Time Zone hours with occasional overlap for other time zones. Chief of Staff / Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Function as a right-hand person to the client's Chief Data & Analytics Officer, anticipating needs and proactively jumping in to support all areas of the project as required.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Embrace a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, willing to tackle both high-level strategic aspects and administrative tasks to ensure project success.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Possess strong emotional intelligence to foster a collaborative and productive environment while proactively/professionally managing relationships.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating Practice mgmt. system with existing systems and workflows.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and vendor success.

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to change and embrace our client's unique culture.

  • Project Leadership

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management/PMO, with a proven record of accomplishment of successful project delivery.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience in the healthcare domain and/or data and analytic tools such as Tableau and Databricks would be an advantage but is not required provided the candidate is a quick learner and able to dive into the details.

  • Experience working with external vendors and managing vendor relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Experience with the full suite of Microsoft applications and JIRA.

    Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
