About the role

The purpose of the Sales support role is to ensure seamless operations in sales administration, customer interaction, and process management. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of various administrative and sales-related tasks, thus supporting the overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.

  1. E-Pricer Submission and Pricing Issues
  • Submit E-Pricer: Responsible for the submission of E-pricer requests.

  • Address Pricing Issues: Identify, address, and resolve any pricing discrepancies or issues that arise.

  1. Purchase Order Verification
  • Check PO Against Agreed Parcel/Allocation: Verify that the Purchase Orders (PO) received match the agreed parcel or allocation terms.
  1. Custom Requirements for Specific Countries
  • NPD Registration for Malaysia and Vietnam: Handle New Product Development (NPD) registration, including bottle images, labels, barcodes, pricing, and other required documentation for the region
  1. New Customer Registration
  • Engage with Customers and Relevant Parties: Facilitate communication between new customers and relevant internal parties to ensure a smooth setup process.

  • Ensure Completion of Required Documents: Ensure all necessary documents for new customer registration are completed accurately and promptly.

  • Raise E-Pricer for New Customers: Initiate E-pricer requests for new customer accounts.

  1. Customer Queries and Information Requests
  • Respond to Customer Queries: Address customer queries by connecting with Asia Order and Supply Chain teams to obtain necessary information, such as container and packing details.
  1. General Sales Administration
  • Customer Order Tracking: Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • PI/Invoice Checking: Review and verify Proforma Invoices (PI) and other invoices for accuracy.

  • Sample Requests: Manage and fulfill sample requests for the region.

  • Update E-Pricer: Regularly update E-pricer with the latest information and pricing data.

  • Compile and Update Distribution List: Maintain and update the distribution list for communication purposes.

  1. Office, IT, and Business-Related Payments
  • Process Payments: Handle payments related to office, IT, and business operations.
  1. System Registration and Maintenance
  • JDE Registration: Manage registration and updates within the JD Edwards (JDE) system.

  • Contract and Agreement Management: Maintain, update, and renew contracts and agreements as necessary.

  1. Investment and Market Support
  • Investment Review Template: Prepare and review investment templates for business decisions.

  • Monthly Pre-Consensus Deck Consolidation: Compile and consolidate data for the monthly pre-consensus deck.

  • Support Developed Market-Related Deck: Assist in the preparation and support of decks related to developed markets.

  1. Managing Cellar.sg
  • Managing quarterly staff wine allocation order

  • Maintaining inventory on platform

  • Support with customer queries

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business, commerce, marketing or related discipline

  • Strong sales enablement tools experience advantageous – Salesforce, Exceedra, BrandPrint favourable

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a Commercial Operations or Enablement function

  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills

  • Able to contribute effectively within cross-functional processes

  • Strong business acumen combined with advanced numeracy skills

  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritise workload when required

  • Strong presentation, training, coaching and facilitation skills

  • Proven ability to effectively influence without authority

  • Team player at all levels

  • Strong interpersonal skills
