The Senior CRM Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing custom marketing solutions, delivery management, and documentation expertise. Leading projects from conception to delivery, optimizing marketing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and comprehensive documentation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Customize marketing solutions.

• Leading projects from conception to delivery, optimizing marketing process, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.

• Campaign management, lead generation, and, customer segmentation.

• Implement and manage websites, utilizing tools such as WordPress or Umbraco.

• Leverage technology to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.

• Configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions and functionalities on Marketing Cloud.

• Collaborated closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and expectations.

• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate solution functionality and ensure adherence to requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

• 6+ years of relevant experience.

• 5+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud and Pardot.

• 3+ years of Hands-on experience in implementing and managing websites, utilizing CMS such as WordPress or Umbraco.

• Advanced English Skills, oral and written.

• Salesforce marketing experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Work Arrangement:

• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$63,250.00 - $71,500.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
