About You :

• You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• You are a strong logical thinker with problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• You have excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts

• You have Well-developed implementation and troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze details and synthesize "big picture".

• You can apply creative use of industry standard tools to aid in the diagnostic process.

Minimum Qualifications

• You have Well-developed implementation and troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze details and synthesize "big picture".

• You can apply creative use of industry standard tools to aid in the diagnostic process.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to influence and build cooperative relationships with executives and technical specialists.

• Skilled in communicating effectively in escalated technical and functional situations.

• Strong listening skills to identify core issues and develop action plans to resolve them swiftly.

• Self-starter, able to work well with minimal supervision, and detail-oriented with a process-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certifications for Implementation of Fusion SCM modules.
