Job Title: Instructional Designer
Experience: 4 to 8 years

Job Description:
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
5-7 years of experience in instructional design.
Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
Proficiency with instructional design software and authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, MS 365 Suite, Video, audio and recording tools etc
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Ability to design flyers, process flow diagrams and create content effectively
Conduct needs analysis to understand client objectives and audience
Develop multimedia content with SME collaboration
Design detailed storyboards and scripts
Ensure quality through testing and QA processes
Manage projects, timelines, and budgets effectively
Collaborate closely with clients, providing regular updates and gathering feedback
Provide training and support to clients and end-users
Evaluate module effectiveness and iterate as needed
Create documentation to support implementation and maintenance.
