South Latin America Senior Executive Consulting Delivery Director/ Regional Delivery Director/Program Manager: Telco Industry

1. +20 years of proven solid experience on Telco industry/software implementing complex, multimillion, and mission critical programs of projects for full stack, BSS, OSS and CXs solutions as Senior Executive Consulting Delivery Director/ Regional Delivery Director/Program Manager.

2. C-Levels Facing and Crisis Management Skills

3. Managing global teams (+70 FTEs), including interactions with Product Management, Engineering and Global Support.

4. Consulting Delivery Regional Experience across Latin America managing Programs/Projects Portfolios in multicounty areas.

5. Based at Chile or Argentina preferable . Relocation at Chile could be considered. Highly presence at Chile will be required.

6. Fluent Spanish & English

Career Level - M4

Responsibilities

Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice. Responsible for maintaining strategic direction, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability. Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives. Accountable for managing and growing a significant revenue stream and customer base. Typically manages multiple first line managers and/or senior level individual contributors. Resolves staffing issue in complex engagements. May serve as advisor or project sponsor role for moderately complex engagements.
