Oracle Senior Client Accountable Executive in Canada

Job Description

Manage the overall client relationship, including handling partner concerns and tracking issues requiring executive attention to resolution, and advocate for the client Build and maintain relationships across the client organization Participate in all engagements with the client, including implementation delivery, to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging, and delivery to the client as committed Continuously grow the overall reference-ability of the client Plan and participate in strategic road mapping sessions Identify sales opportunities which align to the client's strategic plan to meet quarterly sales quotas Follow standard methodologies for managing client profitability, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes, and contractual interactions

Responsibilities

Own a strategic national client partnership as a trusted advisor accountable for the creation of a shared governance structure with a shared vision of success, optimization of the current and future roadmap, and an overall focus on identifying outcomes and achieving value.

Manage complex client relationship(s) and advocate for the client.

· Build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with c-suite executive leadership across the client organization.

· Build sales pipeline by finding opportunities for existing Oracle Health portfolio as well as positioning broader Oracle offerings such as OCI and Fusion.

· Oversee all engagements with the client to achieve consistency in strategy, messaging and quality of interaction.

· Provide oversight of implementation delivery to ensure that value is delivered to the client as committed.

· Continuously grow the reference-ability of the client and ensure clients actively promote the value of the client relationship.

· Establish standard methodologies for client profitability management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash collections, write-off processes and contractual interactions

· Serve as the partner concern point and facilitate resolution of issues requiring executive attention.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

Canada: Hiring Range from $77,500 to $144,000 CAD per annum

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

This job requires proficiency in the English language. Oracle is a global company with operations in dozens of countries around the world and our teams, including the team this position is part of, are comprised of individuals located in various jurisdictions. As is required of employees in all jobs at Oracle in North America, candidates for this position are required to understand, and communicate, in English so that in the course of performing their work, they can interact with teammates in other locations who are not fluent in the French language.
