Tasks

The Esri Developer is responsible for the development and support of a critical portfolio of Esri applications. He will:

• Be competent with full-stack, modern Web GIS application development

• Provide efficient support for a portfolio of business applications

• Be actively involved with the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents for applications and Esri technologies

• Be able to effectively communicate with the client representatives in response to support issues or refinement of detailed enhancements

• Be able to gain a good understanding of business workflows, application functionalities, change management and processes

• Be able to manage multiple tasks involving support requests, application enhancements and scheduled maintenance duties

• Effectively collaborate with team members to ensure successful deliveries

• Must be fluent in English
