We are looking for a Senior Manager of Security Research with the right mix of hands-on defensive and offensive security experience and a passion for managing security researchers while providing them and your peers with technical leadership. You will contribute to leading code reviews and security assessments of key complex systems. You will help grow your team members to achieve outstanding results. You foster the creative atmosphere to let security researchers innovate while holding them accountable for making smart decisions and delivering results. Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented application security Senior Manager who has genuine excitement and interest in application security. You must relish the challenge of assessing large, complex software products, and have a passion for managing security researchers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and delivering in-depth security assessments with your team of researchers. You will be at ease engaging in technical discussions with security researchers and engineers, hiring, managing a distributed team, and meeting deadlines.

Your next project could be anything from static and dynamic analysis of a multi-node Java infrastructure, to writing a fuzzer for an undocumented network protocol or the grammar of a new programming language, to analysis and reverse engineering of firmware used in the thousands of servers supporting our cloud services. Creativity is highly valued; being able to find novel bugs and stitch them together to create something greater than the sum of their parts is essential in this role. Ability to work in Australia without sponsorship is must for this role.
