About the role

Established sales engineering professional. Provide pre sales expertise to help identify customer needs for sales teams. Makes independent decisions to ensure support of sales teams is effective and efficient

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifies prospects and establishes a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customers needs.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for chilled water equipment.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, consultants, and end-users.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms meet both client and company requirements

  • Attends trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.

  • To have the responsibility for the 100% accuracy in forecasted sales and booking

Requirements

We are looking for people who as a minimum must have:

  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree (Mechanical engineering degree preferred or similar), combined with experience

  • Possess deep knowledge of chilled water equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, AHU & FCUS.

  • Practical knowledge of 4-5 years of experience in HVAC field

  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and trends in chilled water systems.

  • A minimum of 5-7 years prior relevant sales experience

  • Good in technical skills, Research and analytical, team work, communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients – and relay this to colleagues, the ability to negotiate with and influence others very good in communication skills, more to team work engagement, very good in negotiation skills, very good in research and analytical, time management skills, cost analysis for the job.

  • address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Performance Criteria Meeting the KPIs, target achievement, customer satisfaction

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

  • Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the HVAC industry.

  • Awareness of energy efficiency trends and sustainability practices related to chilled water systems.
