Coordination SAV France
Coordonner les activités de traitement des SAV sur les différents sites France et s'assurer de la bonne transmission de la reponse au client
Developper et animer le reseau SAV entre les differents sites France dans un but d'amelioration continue
Definir une procedure commune de traitement des SAV
Developper le relationnel client
Monitorer l'avancement des dossiers SAV et le suivi dans le CRM
Mettre en place, suivre et exploiter les indicateurs de l'activité SAV France
Auditer l'activité SAV sur les differents sites
Realisation d'audits fournisseurs
Réalisation d'audits fournisseurs en fonction des retour clients SAV
Coordination des traitement des prelevements des organismes de controle
Coordonner les activités de traitement des prelevements des organismes de contrôle (analyse, plan d'action, reponse)
Gestion des litiges
Assurer l'expertise technique dans le traitement des litiges juridiques suite à defaillance produit
