Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate and manage various packaging equipment throughout your shift, ensuring efficient production. Responsibilities include handling multiple machine setups and changeovers per day, managing equipment to maintain optimal production rates, and troubleshooting and adjusting machinery as needed. Supervision of more than one machine simultaneously may be required. Ensure the use of correct raw and packaging materials, align films, and upload necessary materials for operation.

Hard Skills

• Machine operation

• Minor maintenance of the machine

• Troubleshooting mechanical issues

• Equipment setup and adjustment

• Handling linear feeders, baggers, Yamato scales, and combination scales

Soft Skills

• Communication with mechanics

• Observation skills to detect malfunctions

• Ability to work in various temperature conditions

This is a contract position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Villa Rica, Georgia.

Work Environment

Work environment includes exposure to high temperatures up to 125 degrees or cold conditions depending on production needs. No jewelry or acrylic nails are permitted. The role involves working with various food products, including nuts and items containing red dye. All shifts are currently available.
