Position Summary

As a Senior Analyst in our Performance Acceleration Team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in our factories worldwide. You will collaborate with team members from various departments, including Factory members, R&D experts, and Corporate teams, to achieve ambitious project goals within specified timelines. Your focus will be on fostering collaboration, implementing solutions efficiently, and developing skills in our global factories to drive significant outcomes. Although your contract will be based in Switzerland, the role will involve international travel.

This position offers a unique and rewarding experience, characterized by a fast-paced environment and extensive global travel (approximately 90%) with the aim of progressing into a project leadership role. A day in the life of a Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide on comprehensive projects and engage with individuals across all levels, from the shop floor to corporate senior management, to drive continuous improvement in factories globally.

  • Take on a co-leadership role and provide coaching for initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing costs and identifying opportunities within the global factory environment.

  • Manage cross-functional improvement projects (excluding capital expenditures) leveraging Nestle's scale for benchmarking and knowledge sharing. Foster global collaboration with R&D centers to expedite project implementation and drive innovation in factories.

  • Educate leaders on corporate manufacturing guidelines to support the development of competencies across different markets.

  • Foster the development of competencies within the Performance Acceleration Team, shop-floor personnel, and front-line leaders (supervisors) to enhance organizational capabilities

What will make you successful

  • A Master's Degree in Engineering (e.g., process, food, mechanical, industrial engineering) or a related field.

  • Experience working in a factory environment, including roles in production, quality, engineering, or similar areas, or a background in consultancy with relevant expertise. Previous experience in line management is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects, including cross-functional or high-level initiatives, and experience in coaching diverse and multicultural teams.

  • Proficiency in English, along with fluency in one or two major languages.

  • Strong enthusiasm for international travel and a desire to build an international career in the manufacturing industry.

  • Positive mindset with a proactive approach, high level of energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team.
