Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be based in Vernon, California. You will play a crucial role in our team, handling customer service duties and providing exceptional support to our clients. Your duties will involve managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Taking and processing orders from customers both over the phone and via email

• Assisting other team members as needed, providing backup support during absences

• Efficiently managing data entry tasks and maintaining customer records

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks

• Handling email correspondence with clients professionally and promptly

• Assisting in scheduling appointments as needed

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls with a positive and professional demeanor

• Ensuring all customer service tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.

Skills:

• Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent email correspondence skills

• Experience in order entry and appointment scheduling. Requirements • Possess at least one year of experience in a customer service role.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Have experience working in a call center, providing exceptional customer service.

• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Able to communicate professionally and effectively through email correspondence.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experienced in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate schedules.

• Committed to providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Must be willing to undergo background checks as part of the recruitment process.
