Allegion Aftermarket Sales Director Benelux in Veenendaal, Newfoundland

Responsibilities:

  • Full accountability of Aftermarket market share, revenues and margins for three brands for Benelux region,

  • Develop and execute a clear strategic direction for Aftermarket including expansion strategies,

  • Drive profitable growth, maximizing share in existing markets and identifying new areas for profitable growth,

  • Gain business opportunities arising form New Product introductions and End of Life products as part of obsolescence cycle,

  • Input and support development of (instore) Marketing plan and new AXA, Trelock, Kryptonite products innovations,

  • Strengthen the all three brands identity, liaise with Brand Management to ensure maximum effect of multiple brand market entry,

  • Gather all ensure excellent customer service is provided & ensure continuous improvement of Customer Satisfaction,

  • Personal positive relationship with clients,

  • Develop new and leverage existing relationships, garner new opportunities for the organization,

  • Lead and coach on a day-to-day basis the Aftermarket Sales Team to monitor progress and achieve targets,

  • Support the sales team implementing monthly and quarterly plans to achieve targets,

  • Provide strong day-to-day leadership and presence; be available, accessible, and proactive in communication with all stakeholders,

  • Ensure that the organization fully complies with Corporate Strategies, all applicable laws and regulations, guidelines, policies, and approval processes,

  • Strengthen the company’s performance level and service through enterprise excellence,

  • Work alongside other functional key stakeholders to ensure implementation of strategic direction and monthly performance.

Knowledge / Experience Required:

  • Several years of successful working experience in managerial (operational and commercial) sales roles preferably,

  • Proven management skills – leading staff, employee recognition and engagement,

  • Proven commercial leadership track record demonstrating effective management of sales teams,

  • Strong business acumen,

  • Knowledge of the bike industry and its network is required,

  • Demonstrable skills in communication and relationship-building, can deal with criticism, high level of resilience and empathy,

  • Business fluent in English,

  • The role will require travels.

Formal Education Requirement:

  • University or similar degree.
