Phillips 66 Sales Development Representative in Various, Oklahoma

The Sales Development Representative will identify, pursue, and deliver on large new to brand and retention opportunities that adds strategic value to the Wholesale Organization. Responsible for delivering LRP targets by utilizing effective negotiating and communication skills.
Responsibilities may include:
Develop plan and pursue strategic new business opportunities
Prospecting, developing, and expanding new business and market share within the Region
Assist with identifying business development growth opportunities with existing customers
Identifying growth opportunities with new customers
Evaluate opportunities by applying the appropriate economic model
Support and provide value to Wholesale organization
Deliver on Sales and Integration targets
Key resource for USM Business Development group on major acquisitions
Develop and cultivate key business relationships
Make sales calls to meet established targets, utilizing Sales Force Excellence (SFE) process to include use ofSalesforce.com tools and ability to actively manage an Opportunity Pipeline
Maintain a high level of coordination and communications across various levels of customers organization and Phillips 66
Interface with internal departments creating strong working relationships/efficiencies
Provide recommendations and guidance to management on opportunities and business strategies
Key resource for strategy team
Execute executive white papers
Required Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Bachelor’s Degree
10 or more years of combined Sales/Marketing experience
Willingness to travel domestically at least 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience creating new growth opportunities that resulted in new business
10 or more years’ experience in Retail/Wholesale Marketing and/or other relevant experience
3 or more years of experience working across business functions: Sales, Treasury, Contract & Customer Service, P&S and Legal
3 or more years’ experience finding the most profitable way to complete a deal that works for both sides, while building strong, trusting relationships
5 or more years of direct experience in conducting business and/or technical trend analysis, strategic analysis, problem identification, and communication of recommendations
3 or more years’ experience communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure common understanding with external and internal customers
Extensive knowledge of Marketing Sales, Pricing, Contracts & Customer Service and/or Commercial operations
Extensive knowledge of marketer share, refinery system, strengths and weaknesses of channels and customers
Extensive knowledge of supply chain economics and brand value composition
Adept at delivering real business results
Ability to network effectively with internal and external customers building trust and cooperation
Ability to effectively handle competing priorities through strong planning and organization skills
