HP Inc. Data Analyst - CSS Core Services in Vancouver, Washington

It is an exciting time to join HP's Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization. The Product Growth Analyst will support business growth and offers the opportunity to truly impact our business. We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role involves working with large and complex datasets to develop insightful data visualizations, perform advanced analytics, and support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and proficiency in multiple programming languages, and expertise in various data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain tools such as PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Looker ML, and Tableau tools.

  • Leverage advanced tools to measure web and digital performance metrics, including user behavior and engagement.

  • Transform complex data sets into clear and actionable insights through sophisticated visualizations and dashboards.

  • Manage and execute data projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

  • Translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

  • Utilize statistical methods to identify significant patterns and trends within large datasets.

  • Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and comprehension.

  • Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions.

  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and web analytics

  • Strong programming skills in SQL, Python and PySpark.

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location , at the time of this posting, is $110,000 - $140,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
