The Product Growth Analyst will support business growth and offers the opportunity to truly impact our business. We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role involves working with large and complex datasets to develop insightful data visualizations, perform advanced analytics, and support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and proficiency in multiple programming languages, and expertise in various data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain tools such as PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Looker ML, and Tableau tools.

• Leverage advanced tools to measure web and digital performance metrics, including user behavior and engagement.

• Transform complex data sets into clear and actionable insights through sophisticated visualizations and dashboards.

• Manage and execute data projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

• Translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Utilize statistical methods to identify significant patterns and trends within large datasets.

• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and comprehension.

• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions.

• Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and web analytics

• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python and PySpark.

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location , at the time of this posting, is $110,000 - $140,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
