Beacon Hill Staffing Group Accounts Payable Specialist in Vancouver, Washington
Calling all AP Specialists! Our client, a well-known organization in the Vancouver area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a temporary to hire basis. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a highly engaging team in an employee-focused environment!

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the payment disbursement for vendors, including ACH, check runs, and wires
- Process full cycle accounts payable including: coding, matching and batching
- Preparing weekly check runs
- Process 1099s, and distributing to subcontracts
- Bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end close
- Accruals, and assisting with asset depreciation schedule
