JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for processing deal documents for the Vancouver office. Manages deal files incompliance with B.C. Real Estate regulations and facilitates the transfer of financialinformation to Accounting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Detailed review of lease transactions, purchase & sale agreements submitted forprocessing and collecting necessary information from the agreements for statisticalpurposes.

  • Complying with the requirements of the Real Estate Council and CRA

  • Reviewing transactions for accuracy once entered and other duties and tasks asassigned.

  • Responsible for trust accounts including commission cheques, deposit cheques, interestbearing term deposits, dealing with excess deposits, and writing trust cheques.

  • Provides customer service to sales professionals, clients and legal counsel pertaining toreal estate transactions.

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related

experience and/or training.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for this position is $60,000-$65,000 annually.
