Description We are offering a role for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Valencia, California. The individual will be playing a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing product information, resolving product-related issues, and processing orders and licenses. This role will also involve interaction with customers through calls and email correspondence, and occasional assistance in answering front desk phones.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate quotes to customers and ensure prompt follow-up

• Accurately enter and verify sales orders and licenses

• Interact with customers through calls to address inquiries and resolve issues

• Maintain professional email correspondence with customers

• Serve as a backup for answering front desk phones when necessary

• Ensure data entry accuracy to avoid errors

• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while multitasking

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if necessary

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service role

• Strong skills in Email Communications

• Ability to manage Order Entry tasks efficiently

• Experience in providing Customer Quotes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
