Founded in 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia, Wallester is a pioneering FinTech company specializing in card issuing, payment processing, and corporate card expense solutions. Our mission is to empower companies embedding card payment features in their day-to-day operations in a few days. Wallester already has 3000+ corporate clients and millions of turnover across all of Europe. We expand quickly and recently opened a brand new office in the French Riviera. What are we looking for?

Wallester is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our European sales team. This role involves selling to new customers and driving growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will leverage your experience in sales as well as your knowledge in the fintech and/or card payment industry to sell our solutions to our prospects and clients.

What will you do?

  • Develop relationships and generate revenue from new business in Europe.

  • Manage the whole sales cycle from sourcing leads to closing deals.

  • Accurately forecast sales and revenue.

  • Have an excellent understanding of all Wallester products, pricing, and contract terms.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Wallester's solutions and meet customer needs.

  • Attend industry events to meet new prospects and spot new opportunities.

You are the perfect match if

  • You have 5/10 years of sales experience within the fintech and/or card payment industry.

  • Successful experience working for consulting firms specializing in the payment industry and/or payment card software companies (Payment Networks, Payment Card Processors, BaaS).

  • Skilled solution seller and effective communicator.

  • Confident negotiator with high commercial awareness.

  • Proven ability to drive, empathize, and organize effectively.

  • Ability to build credibility and trust with customers, forging great relationships.

  • Experience selling to enterprise customers.

  • Full professional proficiency in French and English.

  • Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, and German) is a plus.

  • Organized and able to follow processes.

  • Pro efficiency with Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, PipeDrive, Microsoft Dynamics) as well as Lead generation tool (SalesNavigator)
