CONMED Corporation Senior Tax Analyst in Utica, New York
The Senior Analyst, Tax will primarily support the corporate tax functions relating to federal and state matters. This position will directly coordinate with tax and other finance team members on matters pertaining to US tax returns and the federal tax provision and financial statements.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of tax documents and tax filings for multiple jurisdictions within governmental deadlines
Develop and update tax calculation schedules to support federal and state taxable income and tax accounting
Research tax laws for multiple jurisdictions and determine appropriate technical treatment
Assist in responding to tax information requests for both internal and external parties
Prepare documentation to support tax authority examinations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of corporate federal and/or state tax experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Income Tax Compliance/Provision Software
Candidate must currently reside in Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred
CPA preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Team player with the ability to communicate effectively including with team members

0-20% travel

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$90,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
