JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Transportation Services, a unit within Auxiliary and Business Services, is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Intermediate for its parking operations team. Reporting to the Event Parking Manager and working closely with Event Parking Supervisors, the Customer Service Representative will provide support for daily and event parking operations, including assisting customers at campus parking decks and lots, conducting event parking sales, controlling access to lots, setup and teardown of event parking cones and signage, and light cleaning and maintenance of parking equipment. Experience serving customers from diverse backgrounds and the ability to communicate and address concerns in ways that help individuals feel heard is required.

Education and Experience:

Requires a high school diploma plus two (2) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information:

The listing is for two positions, each of which will work 10 hours per day, four days per week, with a 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. schedule. One position is scheduled for Wednesday through Saturday and the other for Saturday through Tuesday. Hours and days will be subject to change based on event needs and may change during the summer months.

Mandatory overtime will be required for home football Saturdays and student arrival.

This position will require a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors on their feet in all weather conditions.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$34,800.00 - $50,500.00
