Custom Truck One Source WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE in Union Grove, Wisconsin
Summary
Custom Truck One Source has an opening for Warehouse Associate with a background in heavy and light duty trucks and equipment. This position requires a high degree of safety, accuracy and productivity as well as one year of pervious shipping, receiving, warehouse and/or parts experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to the established process for daily shipping and receiving of all incoming and outbound freight.
Verify product received matches packing slip and receive in M3.
Load or unload materials manually or with a forklift, on or off pallets, platforms, skids, or lifting devices.
Verify, update, and create bin locations for all inventoried parts.
Verify inventory is labeled and M3 is updated with any changes.
Replenish shelves with incoming stock orders and perform daily spot checks on inventory.
Pick parts kits prior to the technician starting job.
Process returned parts after job is complete to ensure correct parts are applied to the work order.
Efficiently assist technicians in getting the correct parts for their job during production and apply these parts to the correct work order.
Inform Parts Manager of any discrepancies in inventory quantities as they arise.
Perform parts runs in company vehicle to pick up and/or deliver parts as needed.
Maintain a warranty / defective parts location.
Pull and package items from return to vendor pick lists.
Scan and enter invoice information into Docuware.
Responsible for maintenance on all parts equipment. (Forklift / pallet jack / etc.).
Will perform forklift maintenance checklist on forklift every day before each work shift.
Assist with daily cycle counting.
Assist with year-end physical inventory.
Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and clean.
Performs clerical duties including data entry, filing and scanning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous parts or warehouse experience
Knowledge of heavy and light duty trucks and equipment preferred
High school diploma or the equivalent
Valid driver's license
Extremely detail oriented and accurate
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Setting priorities and adapting to changing work priorities
Must be self-sufficient and driven
Meeting deadlines and schedules
Must have a strong attendance record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and audiogram
Proficient on a computer and have the ability to learn new programs quickly. Must be able to use Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to work independently and create innovative solutions to problems with minimal direction from supervisors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively before individual customers or groups of customers or employees of organization or parent organization.
Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Talk to others to convey information effectively

Working Conditions
Attendance – The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, with availability between 6/7am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary in order to meet business demands
Majority of work performed in a shop and outside
May be exposed to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas and/or fumes
Must be able to wear appropriate PPE – i.e. Safety Glasses, Steel Toed shoes, hearing protection
Physical Requirements
The ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent lifting (60-100lbs), carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms of heights above 42", significant stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling throughout an 8-12 hour day, and up to 60 hours per week
Ability to see things in close proximity whether through natural or corrected vision
Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least 8 hours per day
