The Learning Services Manager will coordinate team member(s) responsible for providing learning related administrative support for Global Learning Support for Xylem. The role will manage and oversee the Learning administration delivery within the related processes to provide efficient, customer focused and simple solutions and services to all employees.
The manager will ensure timely and accurate processing of all learning administration, support activities for assigned work area(s), in accordance with performance and quality standards defined.
In this role, the Learning Services Manager is closely involved in global HR projects, will play a key role in designing the future learning administration’s scope processes and services, in developing team members into a well well-organized and performing unit.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for efficient and consistent learning administration services
Ensure the availability, security and accuracy of all learning content offered in Workday Learning
Oversee and ensure data accuracy and timeliness in Workday Learning
Responsible for demand planning of relevant scope area
Developand oversee the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for learning services
Guide learning team members on the implementation of strategic learning priorities, monitor performance against definedstandards
Collaborate with COE team members tounderstand business needs and shapedelivery
Act as pointed escalation point for key stakeholders in need of issues resolution, solutioning or new service development
Facilitate, deliver trainings in case of need
Ensure end-to-end process/system adherence to implemented global standards
Provide input on KPI measurement framework, analyze and review performance of learning services
Ensure knowledge base is up-to-date for the respective area
Support the identification and implementation of process/system improvement opportunities and scope enhancements
Execute assigned project activities; gather and analyze learning requirements during the project phase to provide insights to for developing/ updating global learning administration approaches
Qualifications: Education, Experience
Master’s degree in human resources or related field
6+ years relevant experience in shared services environment, experience in learning administration
Experience in learning team coordination role is an advantage
Global/regional project experience related to HR learning management system
Experience with HR Technology is required, Workday is a plus
Familiarity with HR learning services terminology
Knowledge of learning services processes
Fluency in English
