Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the Real Estate & Property industry. Based in Tustin, California, the role involves utilizing analytical skills to aid in the financial management of our operations. The Sr. Financial Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining financial reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing data for actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and sustain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for financial performance monitoring, budgeting, and future predictions.
• Engage with stakeholders to outline business requirements and ensure alignment of dashboards with organizational objectives.
• Analyze extensive datasets to pinpoint trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
• Streamline data gathering and reporting processes for increased effectiveness.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Uphold data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.
• Facilitate ongoing support and training to dashboard users across various departments.
• Conduct auditing of financial processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports to manage customer data and generate reports.
• Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable information for decision-making. Requirements • Possess in-depth knowledge of business systems
• Proficient in using Confluence
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Able to work with Crystal Reports
• Skilled in data mining techniques
• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is a plus
• Proficiency in various accounting functions
• Experience with auditing processes
• Familiarity with budget processes
• Understanding of capital management
• Prior experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is a bonus
• A background in financial analysis is desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
