One Gas Operation Support Senior in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position Description:

Provides operations support related to accurate, complete and timely documentation of capital construction work and/or ensures accurate, complete and timely reconciliation and processing of contractor invoices and assists with financial forecasts.

  1. Compile, analyze, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with closing a construction project and/or processing contractor invoices:

Job orders and completion reports

Designed versus constructed projects including as-builts

Leakage and repair logs

Service line documentation

Pipeline data such as compliance records

Major materials

Invoices & supporting documentation

Contractor Daily Progress Reports

Contract terms & pricing

  1. Utilize JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, and Excel to enter or verify data and prepare reports including but not limited to:

Completion Reports & supporting documentation

Invoice FERC account coding and supporting documentation

Debit memos & journal entries for labor and property corrections

Job-to-job material transfers

  1. Communicate effectively with Field Operations, Engineering, GIS, and Property Accounting on quality of documentation and status of pending work.

  2. Assist and support financial forecasting processes by analyzing project statuses and invoice timing.

  3. Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

  4. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.Roles for Individual Contributor forthcoming

Position Requirements:

Preferred Associate's Degree business administration, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience

  1. Experience reviewing project or construction documentation and/or contractor invoices.

  2. Experience in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including: computers, photocopiers, and applicable software listed under Essential Functions.

  3. Experience with policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.

  4. Experience reading and interpreting various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports.

  5. Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.

  6. Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports.

  7. Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

Minimum CERTIFICATION/LICENSING:Applicable driver's license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.

COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS:Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.

VISUAL REQUIREMENTS:Sufficient to perform job duties.
