Must have contact center, BPO experience in motivating, developing and leading the performance of a team of call agents just out of training. This is an onsite opportunity! Must be flexible with shifts including nights/weekends. Must have 5-8 years of previous experience fostering teamwork and managing competencies to qualify for this position. Great analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
