We are seeking an experienced individual to fulfill the role of a Full Charge Bookkeeper on the EastSide of Tucson. This role entails maintaining full charge of accounting responsibilities, including account reconciliation and the creation of P& L statements. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment, assisting in cleaning up books for the upcoming year, 2023. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts promptly and accurately

• Maintain organized and updated financial records

• Assist in the creation of Profit & Loss statements

• Clean up books for the year 2023, ensuring they are accurate and comprehensive

• Utilize various accounting software systems for efficient and effective bookkeeping

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suites for various accounting functions

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial information is accurately reflected

• Manage billing functions, ensuring invoices are issued and settled in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeping role

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook are essential

• Proficiency in handling Accounting Functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and Billing Functions is mandatory

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Must demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and adherence to ethical standards.
