We are currently hiring a Head Infant Teacher, to work in our Tri-County Services Agency at Sunnyside Child Development Center. As the Head Infant Teacher, you would be responsible for:

  • Develop, prepare, and implement an infant curriculum

  • Maintain files on children, specifically on social and cognitive growth and development

  • Informally observe and evaluate children

  • Provide referrals to parents when needed

  • Communicate with parents on a daily basis through face to face contact and daily sheets

  • Coordinate ideas and activities with other teachers and assistant teachers

    This position is offering a $500 sign on bonus!

Head Infant Teacher Minimum Salary: $16.50 per hour

Head Infant Teacher Maximum Salary: $18.00 per hour

Head Infant Teacher Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development, Child Development or a related field

  • Required: 9 college credits in Early Childhood Development or a related field with 2 years of experience caring for children
