Design wiring harnesses and harness routings per project specifications. Design, layout and development of low and high voltage wiring harnesses. Perform 3D wire routing using NX / Capital to support the integration and installation of harnesses. Ensure key factors are considered in the design, such as EMI, vibration, structural integrity, thermal, human factors. Manage interface control definitions, through models, ICDs & drawings. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that developed components align with overall project. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. Work with the following: Catia, Enovia, EasyDPM, ZUKEN. $150,000.00/year.
