Your Key Responsibilities

Gain comprehensive understanding of company's application portfolio, development tools, and procedures Actively engage in reviewing business and system requirements to grasp business needs accurately for delivering precise solutions Estimate development activities' level of effort and duration for schedule planning; proactively manage tasks to ensure timely delivery Design application solutions aligning completely with business requirements Code high-quality software adhering to established company standards and development guidelines Produce technical documentation that effectively supports QA testing and production support activities Conduct thorough unit testing of own and peers' development work to ensure all requirements are met, basic functionality works, and errors are handled appropriately Swiftly troubleshoot application production issues to resolve them without causing further problems Evaluate existing systems' effectiveness and efficiency, and devise strategies for enhancement or better utilization Provide regular updates to Manager and Project Managers regarding work progress, completed tasks, planned work, and potential issues affecting timely completion or work quality Perform systems analysis and functional testing as necessary

Your Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Four years' experience in application development using specified technologies and MS-SQL Server Proficient in prioritizing and managing workload effectively Skilled in problem-solving with strong analytical abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Demonstrated flexibility, openness to new ideas, and adaptability to new work approaches, with experience in client-side technologies External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred: Demonstrated experience in client-side technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Material UI, AJAX, Angular, or ReactJS
